Hi Derrick, yes we are all excited about it and as a company have been trying really hard to learn more about these subjects and to help spread the word. We have been doing the simple things in the office like changing light-bulbs and recycling whatever we can. And we have our first "green committee" meeting next week.

 I would be interested to hear if market trends in Orange County are different than Ulster County or if they are similar.

 This is great!  I can see how it can get the word out there quickly.  April is suppose to helping me set up an office blog soon.  Perhaps you can sit with us since I don't know much about it.
