I just got really busy in the last few days with lots of new home buyer pre-approvals. And I love it!
There are some really great loan programs out there for first time home buyers....some bond programs in Illinois that are fantastic that offer lower rates then regualr market rates!
I am so excited to be helping people and I REFUSE to give up and complain like a lot of others are in this industry!

Julie: I've been finding the same type of activity since the beginning of the New Year. People just seem more upbeat and are "looking" again. It feels good! And hang in there ... after 35 years in this business, I can tell you ... it's cyclical. Better times are just around the corner ...
