Spring Housing Market, Woodbury MN - Durham Executive Group
Here in Woodbury, MN we have had a very long and brutal winter (don't mention global warming here in MN after this winter). In Minnesota, we typically do not see the housing market signficantly pick up until the weather starts to thaw and warm up. Well the Super Bowl has come and gone and Woodbury MN is amazingly going to have above freezing weather this weekend with a potential high of 40% on Sunday. A regular heat wave...amazing!
Hopefully Sunday will be like Ground Hog's Day but instead with home buyer's starting to appear and looking about. Warm weather brings optimism here in this part of the country.
