In August of 2007 there were 27 homes that closed within the month for Westboro MA. This is an increase of 9 units as there were 18 homes that closed in August of 2006. August was a great month for Real Estate sales in Westboro.

The Average list price for the homes that closed in Westboro for August of 2006 was $607,083
The Average sale price for the homes that closed in Westboro for August of 2007 was $552,700
The Average sale price for the homes that closed in Westboro for August of 2006 was $588,589
The Average Market time for the homes that closed in Westboro in August of 2007 was 139 days.
The Average Market time for the homes that closed in Westboro August of 2006 was 64 days.

These statistics are similar to many of the towns in Metrowest MA. Most of the surrounding towns experienced a decrease in the average list price and sale price for the January to August time frame.
