Endre - This actually is not a new listing just a new way of marketing it. I was originally using Postlets.com now, thanks to Charita, I found realbird.com. Lots o opportunity.
Also, I just got a price reduction tonight $279,900. Now Donne can market it for the Simi Valley Assistance program for a 2 bedroom.
He Ken, Do not forget Trulia.com another great place to put it out. Let me know how realbird will do for you.

Endre - Yes I have been syndicating to as much as I can at a time. I get the Open Houses on Trulia and Zillow and all my websites. I have not been able to upload pics to Urbun-profil.com which I joined up. Thanks for that heads-up.
Jane - Thank you. You should try it too. It goes to a lot of syndicated sites. Plus you can link to Craigslist, Backpage, Kijiji etc... What the heck try a couple and see.
Norma - Thanks I hope to soooooonnnnnn. It was a light Open House on the weekend and there are some new listings as competition now driving off my price. We shall see.
Kathy - Yes the first two are free and after that it is $14.99/mo if I recall. Otherwise $99 per year again if I recall. They have a realbird site on AR, check them out. It is easy. Much better than Postlets. It is a good listing presentation pop too.
Hope you’re having good success at your open houses, although I see in one of your comments that it was a light one.
Russell - Thanks at least this one is a better location than a couple others I have. This seems to get the most of attention. And is now in escrow :)
