When it comes to Lake California's amenities it has been my impression they are undervalued. I've been asked why I believe that. The definition of undervalue is to value below "real value." Real estate values are commonly determined by a review of comparable properties. That would include a review of features relative to price. Here is a short list:

    Steve...how to compare or find COMPS for such communities; private airplane access & parking; club house & pool; lake views 7 access; the Design of the step-back to each home [shown] is a good thing--Private entrances  result.  [Green color not my favorite--but that's just me]
