I’m sad to say that we hear every day about the homeowners who are loosing, or about to loose their home. For many, it seems inevitable.

I urge everyone who has noted the title of this blog to take a moment and become educated about foreclosures. Remember as I have often stated before, knowledge is often power in Real Estate. Zeal without knowledge can be dangerous!
