Talk about Real Estate and you will never be lonely!

Hello Everyone,

 Well certainly talking about RE will keep you typing but talking about RE will not only get folks all around you talking. 

Chatting over a Mai Tai while waiting for dinner and meeting folks from the east coast we eventually started to discuss what we did for a living.  What was a conversation between two people ended up a conversation with six. 

A just retired couple discussed their search for a home in Florida.  This couple was looking to move from New York and hadn't decided on an area in Florida.  I have done some diving in Florida and was familiar with some of the areas. 

What I did have was the name of an agent in Florida, Kristi who had just contacted our team a few days prior about luxury home listings.  We are new with Active Rain but from now on I will be more prepared to refer folks to Active Rain members.  

These were great folks and I hope their search for a new home is successful.  Talking about RE was a great way to meet people and enjoy good conversation.  I also want to say that you have to know your market.  There were a ton of questions about what was going on in our area.
