Margaret:  The townhouse market in Gainesville-Haymarket is very competitive right now.  Buyers have very few choices.

Hi Chris, that is a lot of space for that price! The front of that home is similar to mine. We paid $360,000 and have about 1200 sq. ft of living space. I'm not counting the full basement because that is unfinished. What a difference in both our areas. And buyers have tons of choices here. Can't wait too see a seller's market again :)
