9 Comments on Just Reduced: Greenhill Crossing Townhouse Now Listed for $214,500
That's a great townhouse with a lot of space for a fairly low price. It's nice that you included a spring picture in the brochure as well.
Another terrific listing and price for a PWC townhouse.
Chris Anne - This is such an amazing townhome for sale in Greenhill Crossing. Happy Selling!
That's a BIG kitchen for a townhouse. 'Looks like a good buy in a nice area. Congratulations on this listing... it shouldn't last too long!
Looks perfect for a first time homebuyer. Good luck.
Anne: Using the Spring picture as the primary when we are still experiencing ocassional snow seemed wrong.
Pat: I'm hoping its new owners find it this weekend.
Michelle: Thanks. It was the space that really attracted these home owners to it in the first place.
Margaret: The townhouse market in Gainesville-Haymarket is very competitive right now. Buyers have very few choices.
Cindy: My thoughts too. Hopefully this weekend will be exactly the kind of weather we need to get those buyers out and looking.
Hi Chris, that is a lot of space for that price! The front of that home is similar to mine. We paid $360,000 and have about 1200 sq. ft of living space. I'm not counting the full basement because that is unfinished. What a difference in both our areas. And buyers have tons of choices here. Can't wait too see a seller's market again :)
Jackie: The one constant in life is that there are no constants. As soon as we have the Sellers market, we'll be looking for the Buyer's market and so on.
