14 Comments on A Wind Vane With Wings - Kenwood, CA
That is pretty spectacular, Cynthia. It must be new, because you wouldn't have missed this the last time you were there.
That is very unique, not your average everyday variety we see...
Is that a wind vane for a small airport, or something for horses to jump through?
Good morning, Cynthia....I've never seen anything like that....very different.
It reminds me of the wings that kept Tom Hanks going in the movie Castaway. Very cool!
That is one SERIOUS weathervane! Beautiful work :)
Jane - this is a road I rarely travel, it just happened to be the easist way to get to a listing the other day.
Paul - not an average wind vane, no.
Glenn - We are big on sculptures here, and I'm just thinking this one was made into a wind vane to be different. This is sitting in a field next to a restaurant.
Barbara - that makes two of us!
Cindy - I couldn't think of what it reminded me of, you figured it out!
BLiz - serious is right ... I need to find out more about it.

Scott - no kidding! This wind vane is HUGE!
Cythnia~ That is absolutely awesome. Thanks for sharing!!
That's fantastic! How come you drive down the road and see so many neat things and all I ever see is trash and roadkill? Think I need to find some better roads!
Kim - you're welcome!
CA - ha ha ... you crack me up!
