Mark Hall at Mt. Hood

I had a chance to take a "ski day" yesterday at Timberline in Mt. Hood. It was a beautiful day with blue skies and temps in the low 40's.

One of the nice things about living in Vancouver Washington is that we have close access to so many beautiful places like this. I snapped this shot at the end of the day just before driving home.

I love Mt. Hood, I have drinks at Timberline but I ski at Mt. Hood Meadows, or I used to when I lived in Seattle.  I can't tell you how much I miss the gorge.
