Who would have thought a few years ago that such a book would be needed, or even sell.  Sure hope this will turn around in the next few quarters, and we can breath again.  I really feel sorry for people who are facing losing their homes.  What a bummer that would be.

I think this is a sad state of affairs. I've met three people in the last few weeks who are walking away just because they have lost value in their homes. One is a lender. I knew another lender about five years ago that walked away. What has happened to American values?

My husband mentioned today, "wow, have you noticed how many new cars there are lately?" I wonder if this is tied to the fact that people are not paying their mortgages and now have "extra" money?
