There's the media and analysts who are blaming realtors and mortgage brokers on the influence of the housing market.

Ladies and gentlemen, this is global. And what does that mean? Every other country that has loan money to the American banks have withdrawn from our support now.

The government is going to have to get involved with the cities, county, and state taxes to lower them so the economy can straighten up.

Employees who work for supermarkets and other places are making minimum wage while the city is paying some of the supervisor positions $30 an hour. My point is, is that when someone has a complaint about the city, these supervisors are not doing anything. But take the ordinary employee outside of the city jobs, and their busting their butts working for minimum wage, helping customers and doing their jobs.

Houses are going down? A homeowner who resides in Spring Valley, located in Pembroke Pines, Florida just got her home assessed at $20k more. That throws her off her $25,000 home exemption.

How do we stimulate economy? According to an article in Yahoo Finance, "Lower Fed Rates Means Opportunities are on the Rise". Pfffff. They are talking about putting "A little more money in your pocket if you have a Home Line Equity Line of Credit (HELOC), or credit cards tied to the Prime Rate",

That's like Macy's advertising and marketing their credit charge card by announcing, "Attention Macy's Shoppers: Macy's is now having an end of summer sale. Save up to 20% off your entire bill by using your Macy's charge card. Thank you for shopping at Macy's. Puleeeez. What they are really saying is, "Attention Stupid Shoppers: Buy now and pay ten times fold later. Thank you stupid very much". I've had enough.

In the meantime, while all this menagerie in the real estate global world is going on, divorce rates are increasing. I don't know what's greater. foreclosures or divorces.

See "Government Efforts to Help Borrowers Anger Some in U.S." from an international point of view of the effects on mortgage lending.

Also, "High End Owners Feeling Squeeze" in Palm Beach, Florida and the disastrous occurrences happening with luxury homes and soon to be divorcees.

Foreclosures vs. Divorces

I don't know which one is greater. With the amount of foreclosures happening nowadays, divorces are just about getting as close to the numbers.

You made some good points. I think the federal spending is going to come home to roost very soon. I wonder how Hillary is going to deal with it. You can only spend so much that you do not have.
