The other day I went out to find out what all the hoopla was about with the foreclose deals. Just as a suspected. Some properties were just trashed,abandoned, over priced when they were purchased, and sadly, some poor families are just victims of the times. You really have to look for a deal. If something is too true too be true, yep, it is, I have not seem the Gems as described,and you can make more money selling.REal Estate

That's very interesting Tom, I've never considered working foreclosures and I often wonder if it will be profitable.

Tom, I believe many of the foreclosures here are eventually bought by an investor and just torn down. A big, beautiful home is built and they sell.....
