I hope the buyers I helped write an offer on new construction like 8's.  There were 8's in everything.  The five thing is kind of cool.  Who knows?  These things could be a fated sign for some lucky buyer out there.

I drove by this neighborhood yesterday on my way to Quantico and wondered what the houses were like.  Thanks for answering that question.  It looks like a nice area even before I drive into the neighborhood.  I have a buyer that would love your house, just have to see if the location is too far for them.  One child goes to middleburg school and one goes to Linton Hall!  You never know!

Cindy....I liked everything till the $500,000...just kidding.....that's only $100 per sq'.....it's hard to find something really nice for less and this looks like a really nice property! Hope it sells quickly!
