Good Night ActiveRain...
Today was one of those picture perfect days here in middle Tennessee. Temperatures in the mid 60's, plenty of sunshine and cobalt blue skies above. After what seemed to be eons of gray, cold, snowy days, this was a sight for sore eyes.
Folks came out of hibernation and headed for parks and walking trails all over Nashville and Williamson counties. Now that warm weather is heading our way, hopefully, the real estate market will start heating up too...
Cobalt blue and beautiful too! We are going to get warmer in our parts this week and I can't wait. The spring market is just around the corner...

Michael....it was a very busy day here.....many people visited our open house events today.....there was not a moment of free time....
Hey Michael, you are so right...lots of people out today. And what a gorgeous day it was...tomorrow is supposed to be nicer. If that's it for winter...I feel a little cheated...as a northern boy I do like winter and this Alabama winter was just too short for me.
Michael, It was beautiful here on the coast too. After church I met a prospect and showed him a few more houses. It was so nice to be outside without coat and gloves. He's making an offer! See what good weather does!

Spectacular weather today! Temps in the 60's to near 70 predicted for the upcoming week. Is the Winter behind us? Will the Real Estate market heat up? Inquiring minds want to know!
We also saw a beautiful warm, sunny Sunday here at Canyon Lake. It was a nice change since it was cold and down in the teens earlier this week. So ready for a nice warm, sunny spring.

It actually warmed up quite a bit here too...........we had temps in the high 40's, rare at this time of year. Beautiful photo.
Michael - I see radnor lake is as beautiful as ever. I need to visit while the water is clear and the leaves and moss hasn't made it's impact.
