INSPIRATION: Sometimes we flutter around like butterflies with no place to land, when all we need is a little INSPIRATION and we soon find our landing spot. It may take a book to read, a person with whom you connect with, or a simple getaway to get your INSPIRATION flowing. Try it! You have nothing to lose, you will only grow from it. Watch this wonderful video and I'm sure you will find some sort of INSPIRATION.

INDULDGE: Hmmm…INDULDGE in chocolate, pampering yourself, shopping, quiet time, travel, etc. What is your favorite thing to INDULDGE in?

I: Stay away from the I and focus on the YOU when talking, writing letters, and marketing yourself to people. After all, who is it really about?

IMAGINE: IMAGINE fulfilling your dreams. IMAGINE peace and happiness for all. IMAGINE the most beautiful place in the world. IMAGINE where you want to be tomorrow, next month or 1 year from now.

INTEGRITY:  INTEGRITY comprises the personal inner sense of "wholeness" deriving from honesty and consistent uprightness of character.  Always take the high road and conduct your daily life with INTEGRITY.

INSTINCT: We all have the gift of INSTINCT.  Some listen, some don’t.  Don’t compromise that aching feeling in your gut that goes right to your head and says YES or NO.  That’s your INSTINCT speaking.  It could be that aching feeling in your gut to pick up the phone and call somebody in your database, farming a new area, not holding an open house alone, taking a buddy with you to show a house, etc.  Don't flop on your instinct.

IDENTITY:  AR has many wonderful blogs on protecting your IDENTITY.  Did you know there are 10 tips to avoid identity theft ? Read and pass the information on.

The Following added by my friend Thom Abbott.  Thank you!

INCOME  Yes we are here to make that. We have families, loved ones, significant others that we have to take care of...so remember that when someone asks you to "cut" your income. Making money is NOT a bad thing.

INCREASE:  Everyday, you should increase.....something. How many times you say "I Love You" to that special someone...how many prospecting calls you make....how many blogs you comment on (Yes Julie!)...how many times you stop and smell flowers.....the time you spend exercising (oh..I got LOTS of room for increase there!)

INCREDIBLE: Life, Love, Smiles, Peace, Sunshine, Rain, Snow, Wind, Water, The Internet, Cell Phones, Airplanes, Automobiles.....MY special someone....they are ALL Incredible!!!

INSATIABLE:  Your quest for knowledge in this business should be just that....insatiable. Can you really ever know it all? I read somewhere or heard a speaker once say, once we stop learning, we stop living! How true is that? Probably the only think keeping me from more education is the cost....I'm finishing my Graduate, REALTOR Institute (GRI) next month...but 'till I can afford another class...I'll just hang out on AR...there is enough here to keep me busy for months!

INTERNET: Market, Market, Market.  There are so many FREE websites to advertise your listings and market yourself.

Julie- You do a nice job on these......thanks.  The You is my favorite as our clients really don't want to much of the "I"....it is their transaction after all.

Sally-You are welcome.  We all need a good dose of inspiration daily.  I'm running behind on my posts, so I will work to get caught up here soon.

Kathy-I really appreciate your nice compliment.  That whole "I" was inspired by Katerina Gasset.  She gave me food for thought on some marketing and it stuck in my thoughts.  Thank you for commenting.

JULIE - Nicely done.  I actually wrote a blog called "Integrity" (one of my very first here).  I have mixed emotions about Lance Armstrong.  I have huge respect for him as an athlete, cancer survivor, and spokesman for "Livestrong", but his personal life was a bit of a disappointment, especially after reading his first book and knowing what he and his wife went through in order to have kids.  It just took him down a notch in my eyes after they split up.  Sorry to inject my personal views into your comments.  As you know, I am a very positive person typically.  Obviously, I don't know the whole story on his marriage - it was just surprising to me.

Jason: I haven't read your integrity post.  I can't believe I've missed one.  I'll have to go back and check it out. I'll have to admit, with all "integrity" that I haven't read Lance Armstrong's book.  You are a very positive person, so no worries here.  Thank you again for your compliment and comment.

Julie,

Thank you. This post is so inspired. We all need to appreciate the cross God has given us to bear, sometimes we may think that it's too much, but someone else's is always heavier. I love the video & the music, does anyone know how I could get a CD, who sings it, etc.

Penny: You are so right.  "someone else's is always heavier".  Thank you for your words of inspiration.  I don't know where to get that music.  Are you talking about the Lance Armstrong music?  We may need to google it and see what we can find.  I'll let you know if I find it on the net.

Penny: Here you go!  Here are the words and the link.

Maybe Tonight, Maybe Tomorrow Lyrics

I heard the news today. It came out of nowhere.
I wish I could run away,
but where would I go?
Is this my destiny? Something so unfair... What will become of me?
God only knows.

And they say the road to heaven might lead us back through hell.
Maybe tonight, maybe tomorrow, we will win this fight and bury this sorrow.
We're so alive, still holding on, not ready to die, so we LIVESTRONG.

My pride is left for dead, as my world gets shaken.
The thoughts inside my head are so hard to control.
I am staring down the unknown, but one thing is certain.
You could break my body, but you will never break my soul.

And they say the road to heaven might leads us back through hell, but we're holding on for more
than stories to tell.

Maybe tonight, maybe tomorrow, we will win this fight and bury this sorrow.
We're so alive, still holding on, not ready to die, so we LIVESTRONG.
