Home Buyers who work with Keller William agents are now eligible for reduced fees on loans approved through CitiMortgage.

Here are the highlights of the program:

Keller Williams clients who finance through CitiMortgage will have their pre-approval fee waived.
Home buyers who are applying for loans over $417,000 are eligible for additional reduced fees.
CitiMortgage is also offering a $1,500 On-Time Closing Guarantee.
