Coconino County and Flagstaff Foreclosures Set for Week of 2/14/2011

The trustee sale notice is long this week. I recognize several of the properties as having been on previous lists, so, as before, expect that many will carry-over and not actually be offered for sale. They are in short sale or loan modification negotiation and the banks are just not coordinated enough internally to get them off the lists until the last minute. 

This schedule is provided as a courtesy by Pioneer Title Agency, Flagstaff, AZ. Below is sufficient information to identify the property and find the Notice of Trustee's Sale at the Coconino County Recorder's Office. All questions regarding the scheduled sales should be directed to the theTrustee identified in the Notice of Sale.  Each Notice of Sale will give you the Trustee's contact information. 

All sales are scheduled for 11:30 unless otherwise noted. All sales are at the Courthouse in downtown Flagstaff. Weather permitting the sale will be outside on the steps, if not we will be inside. Pioneer Title's representative will answer questions at the courthouse on the day of the sale.

I do NOT know (and Pioneer does not know) which properties are going to sale or the bid price. I can say that many of these properties will not actually be offered for sale. Monday, February 14
