What Realtors really do for their money...

1. Customer Service Center -Phone Representative

2. Administrative Assistant

3. Sales Person

4. Sign Delivery

5. Copy Maker

6. Teacher

7. Manager

8. Consultant

9. Director

10. Driver

11. Coach

12. Investigator

13. Legal Assistant

14. Marketer

Here are some of the regular things that we do. Then, here is a list of more that is unexpected:

1. Painter

2. Cleaning crew

3. Moving service

Can you add to the list of unusual things that you have done for clients?

Now, you can justify your commission.

Great thoughts. There are so many things that you professionals are responsible for. My favorite is the psychologist. How many times do you (and I as a mortgage professional) need to talk clients out of jumping off of that bridge? Continued success as you continue to handle all of the tasks ahead of you!

The general public just see us as a group of people standing around and just getting paid. They don't see us in our everyday grind. The phone calls, the hand holding, the double checking, and everything else. We are hear to make sure everything goes right in their deal. I like the REALTOR® ads coming out now. They are starting to show us in a good light.
