The Obama administration issued a proposal that could put a new face on the mortgage and real estate market. The proposed phase out of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac will result in FHA playing a bigger role than ever in the industry. Condominium owners would be wise to revisit their association rules so they are in line with FHA requirements

Kudo's to the people of Egypt who demonstrated without violence, reached their goals but did not stop there. They voluntarily cleaned up Tahrir Square afterward! Such show of Egyptian Pride is admirable.
