That property on Diamond seems like a really good deal, all things considered.  It's interesting to see that properties in SF are coming back on just like they are down in the Peninsula.  Looks like that market is perking up.

Bryan: The one on Diamond Street got mixed reviews when it came on the market last year. The block feels a little remote and it's a bit over the top for the block-- the rest of the homes there are quite modest. To wit, my "Mid-Century Fixer" listing I sold last year is right next door!
