Ice Carving 10am-2pm, all around the downtown. Judging starts after 2pm.
Art Sale: 10am-4pm "Warm Up To The Arts"
Bus Tours of historic residential areas 12-3
Chili Cook Off 11-12 Judging & Awards Mill Pond Park
Entertainment, Food & Beverages 12-4 Mill Pond Park
