when the question comes up, I'll shoot them a link to my blog. They get their question answered and I get exposure for my website.

Marjorie, you can actually do a Relocation Guide with links to pertinent posts for your area and when you get a new lead, offer them the Relocation Guide. You can post it here too! Jason Crouch says it is one of his most read blogs :) Great idea!
