Bruce, I'm originally from the Chicago area so I know about that Hoosier stuff. One "corporate" company I worked for had a team building exercise and the Indiana team came in with tshirts saying "Hoosier Competition." I liked it!!!

I'm actually finding quite a few Renee and will be posting one a week. I wish they were my listings, but I do post them with permission.

This one still has a little "wiggle room" in price, as far as I'm concerned. One REO at 6270 SF just sold for $625,000 across the street from me. Smaller lot, older, but with a pool and fence.
