How Do You Spell Success?

By
Real Estate Agent with Douglas Elliman Real Estate 516-457-7103

While the rest of us lament a stalled and stagnant market, Harald Grant, a real estate agent in tony Southampton on Long Island's east end, walked away with the number one position of the top 200 real estate agents nationwide.  With a staggering volume just shy of $245 million, this one time Ford model has certainly taken his place at the head of the pack.

Catering to the rich and famous in their search for property in the Hamptons, Grant attributes his success to an in depth knowledge of his marketplace.  I suspect equally high on the list is his moneyed clientele, willing to lay out astronomical sums to acquire just the right piece of real estate in this world renowned playground of the glitterati.

Kudos to Harald Grant for a job well done.  Now I wonder if he needs an assistant.

Geri, Can I be your assistant to his assistant? Of course, although he deals with high end clients, there is nothing easy about it. Often times, we assume that it is a piece of cake when in fact...many times it can be one of the most difficult transactions we have.

Gena,  He actually said the higher price the deal the easier it is -- and yes you can be my assistant :-)

Peter,

I have no idea whether he has assistants, but I'm applying for the job. :-)
