Balboa Peninsula Point in Newport Beach is a sought after community in Newport Beach. It truly represents the beach lifestyle. Balboa Peninsula Point encompasses the homes from A Street to the end of the Balboa Peninsula. There are bay front homes, interior homes and there are ocean front homes as well. Peninsula Point is a very desirable area in Newport Beach.

When the waves are this large, visitors flock to watch, as it is truly a show! Lifeguards are out in force, and usually the news networks are documenting the waves!
Balboa Peninsula Point has a community association which is voluntary to belong to. The association hosts events through out the year including an Easter egg hunt, and a Fourth of July parade.
