The top cow statue is the one at Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH). I first saw it in 2009 and when I finally stopped laughing I took a picture.
I thought it was a Chick-fil-A cow, but now I'm wondering if that is true...
Because then at ActiveRain Raincamp I noticed these small cow statues at the hotel where the conference was held, that not only had the astronaut one, but also an explorer cow, a samari cow, a surfer cow, etc. It is obvious that the small cow statue of the astronaut is the same as the large cow astronaut statue I saw at the airport.
