Charita, I hope this is a trend and not an anomaly. I think there is more confidence than we expected, and real estate may make a sooner, stronger recovery. That is the thing about this market, who knows, it changes faster than fast.

Thanks Kimberly.  We're very optimistic and it's so early in the year that we are really expecting big things.

Gerry one of my agents, Demetrius Heard speacializes in this area and his investors LOVE 35215 Centerpoint. They also do a very good job of rehabbing and once on the market, they go pretty quickly.
