Glad to hear this news as many of our clients are from Florida and head to our neck of the woods to escape the summer heat and spend the summers here and than back to FL for the rest of the year.

In the current economy the migration had slowed down but we have noticed things starting to pick back up.

That's fantastic. It sure is beautiful there as well. We need to stay in touch as I do have clients that choose to sell and start over but still want a winter retreat. I would love to have a referral contact to pass them to.
