I am looking for someone to be my "Negotiator" and push the paperwork through on my short sales. I did have someone lined up, but now I cannot get her to communicate back. (she recently moved, and I am sure that is causing some of the delay) I am looking for someone who is already doing this part of the business. I do it myself right now... I don't really want to train someone, but might be willing. Have any of you used a virtual assistant for this? How is it going? Any help or advice will be appreciated.

I'm a CSSN Valerie but I think we're a little too far away from eachother to make this practical.
Contact your local Board of Realtors and they can hook you up with a CSSN in your area that you can work with.
