What’s Your Story…Why Did You Choose Keller Williams Realty?

It's always interesting to hear how and why fellow partners ended up at Keller Williams Realty. The stories always tend to be slightly different until you get to why they stay. I have heard over and over again how partners stay because of the people and the education. I could not agree more. I heard about Keller Williams on a trip to Texas more than five years ago and in that moment I said that if I ever went into Real Estate I would seriously consider Keller Williams. I don't even think Keller Williams was in Southern California at the time. Subsequently, I did go into Real Estate and less than a month after taking my exam, I came across an ad in the paper that read, "Keller Williams is coming to Chino Hills." What do you think I did? I went to the event and fell in love with the mission and the values. I thought, "What a perfect fit!" It's been over 2 ½ years and I wake up everyday with this same thought. I love my career; I love the partners that have become my family, my confidants, my mentors and my coaches both in my office and around the United States and Canada. Trust me, this is BIG for me. I've been known to come home and quit a job or two out of frustration and headaches. Never have I known a company more invested in building the careers and lives of its associates.
