Builders are running low on checkers -- or maybe it is chess - near check mate! The lending crisis is hurting the builders as much as the Buyers. The Buyers are waiting for the perfect time -- NOW -- and the Builders are spending their time trying to find money to pay the seconds and thirds that are killing them with the interest. -- Greed has caught up with some; and with others stupidity has set in. The Fed needs to increase the ceiling on Loans and the Press needs to encourage low end folks to get those good deals available now with the Builders and for the Public to use the Bond Funds available in Penal and Maricopa County. Up to 5% for down and closing costs for 100% loans -- anyone with a decent job can afford to buy a home now -- you may have to drive to Buckeye or Queen Creek but beautiful homes are available and ready to move in NOW!
