One of the selling points of any Real Estate listing is a bird feeder, at least for most folks.

Don'tcha know this Redneck Bird Feeder brings a laugh to every REALTOR and client who visits?  I'm thinking many of 'em run right home and build themselves one of their own.

Sunset Magazine used to have a column for the handyman homeowner.  I wonder if they'd feature this?  Even our own "Queen of Cheap" could afford it, (I wonder if she'll see this?  Someone please give her a call.)

I love bird feeders.  They don't have to be fancy.  If you have a favorite in your backyard, go grab the digital, and include the photo in your comment below.

Most of my posts have some redeeming qualities.  Since this ain't one of them, I'm hoping you will cut me a break and come visit again.  Momma used to say it's easier to get forgiveness than permission.

Forgive me.

I'm Mike in Tucson, your preferred Tucson, AZ mortgage lender.

Mike:

Ahem...They should have spray-painted it gold.

If not Sunset, don't you think Southern Living might have agreed?

LOL!

Mike:  You are forgiven because this one is too good to pass up.  I can see why the temptation to write it was too much to overcome.  LOL

Still no photos in the contest!  Donna, I thought if anyone would have a great photo to include with the comment, it would be my favorite Blue Ridge Mountain Realtor.  Thanks for visiting and commenting, though...:(

Jamie, thanks for commenting, but where's your photo?  Don't they have bird feeders on Parkland Coral Springs?

This is through my parents dining room window.  You are in luck, they are a home seller and selling their house for $230,000 in Pompano Beach Highlands.  This beautiful bird feeder can stay if it will make or break the deal!  Cardinals included...

Cute Post!

Great bird feeder, Mike!  And it doubles as a trombone mute if you have to run out and play a gig at a jazz club!

Midori, you're the first to include a photo!  Thanks for that.  The Cardinal is a favorite here in Tucson, too.  You might want to edit your comment to include a link to the listing for our readers.  I wouldn't mind that, and who knows?  The bird feeder could end up selling the house!

Eric, thanks for commenting.  I love your idea as a jazz accessory!

Howdy Mike

That is a fine looking bird feeder just the way it is.

Now Mike way would you say this has no redeeming qualities. I think the birds would say it does.

Have a good one
