Check out this Graph we just compiled with Data From the Local Boards of Realtors and the Assessor's Office and their Recording and Closing Data - you will see an interesting JUMP in Median Sales Prices for the Attached homes, Including Condo's and Town homes in the cities that compose the Santa Clarita Valley.
I pulled Data from Castaic, Canyon Country, Newhall, Stevenson Ranch, Saugus and Valencia to prepare this Graph and associated Report.
You will See Two Years of History by Month for Attached Residences in the SCV. If you look at the Closing Numbers for Median Sales Prices compared from December 2010 and January 2011 - You will see a massive Jump.
More Data is needed to determine if these housing styles are stabilizing or not. I thought it was very interesting to say the least.
