Fairfax County provides real estate and car tax relief to citizens who are either 65 years or older or are permanently and totally disabled and meet income and asset eligibility requirements.

Are: I think it is pretty great that Fairfax County has programs like this for both Seniors and for those with Disabilities. Just one more sign of a government knowing that things do not need to be "equal" in order to be "fair."
I applaud Fairfax County, and I applaud all of her residents. By the way... besides being great for Seniors... it's also a great thing to do as it provides one more "customer" for all of the businesses in Fairfax county. Everybody wins... what a concept.
