Great Video Phil ~ Just curious, what price ranges were these estate size homes and on how much property?

In our area - over a million. These were from 1M to 1.4M.
Land? Three quarters of an acre or more, is enough to set the house in a way that it looks like an estate. The first house was on 8 acres, but that meant it wasn't really in a neighborhood, which ended up being a negative, not a plus...
