Very nice new listing! I love ranches with daylight basements. I gererally would prefer a daylight basement over a walk out (and I have a walkout basement). It is a very nice 2 acre lot too!

You took your photos at night on a daylight basement! I might would re-take during the day and then at least compare what you think is better. Somedays too much daylight makes the photos dark.
