As real estate professionals, we spend a lot of our time on our local MLS doing research of all kinds. The general public also spends time doing research online when they're in the market for a home. We all know this because we are professionals. That is why it never ceases to amaze me what little attention some 'professionals' pay to their online presence and most importantly their current listings. Houses don't sell themselves so we need top quality marketing to attract attention and present the property in the best light.
I was on my local MLS this morning and it wasn't long before I encountered some really poor listing presentations. Maybe one of the easiest things to do is get good pictures.
