I wish I could sleep through the night. I don't have the slightest idea what keeps making me their supper around 3am. I have had the pest guy out twice now. Threw everything out and bought new but last night was a repeat of last week. I can't figure it out.
I don't think its fleas because I know what those bites look like. And I don't think its bed bugs because I threw out the other bed and replaced it with a newer one.
In the last year, I have, on two occasion, had people call me and want me to step into a transaction. I have to tell them I can't interfere to their disdain. I refer them to the agent's broker and step back. If these people had chosen the right agent to begin with, I would have felt much better turning them away and back to the broker!
With a picture of content on this little guys face, how could I not use it in an ad. Pigs don't smell if you keep them clean, no different that dogs. The fact is they are cleaner than dogs as far as I'm concerned. (Litter trained)
I met an agent in December that also has a pet pig. HIS name is Maggie (they thought it was a girl).
