This weekend marks the kickoff of the 2007 Parade of Homes, now in it's 24th year, this event is held annually by the Home Builders Association of Durham, Orange and Wake Counties.
There are many great homes to view this year and if you only have time to hit one area make sure you check out the Chatham County entries. This year Chatham County builders have pulled out all the stops and there are a record number of entries in all price ranges! I created a 2007 Parade of Homes Map to highlight homes that are available for viewing! (Please note - you can click on 'aerial view' for an overhead snapshot! Chapel Ridge has 10 entries, the most entries of any community, and the neighboring community, Parks of Meadowview has 7 homes entered! This means that you can visit these two communities alone and view 17 entries all within a 2 mile radius!
