What's the best $19.99/Month Realtor Fee You Are Paying?

By
Real Estate Agent with Scenic Sotheby's International Realty www.caseyjoiner.com

Question:  Have you been enticed to sign up for....or signed up for anything over the last 2 years that did not cost $19.99/month??

ActiveRain jumped in this fire over the last year.  I blog a specific area of the Florida Panhandle.  ActiveRain took the step to bulk all blogs on a specific topic by multiple bloggers together on one page.  So while I was enjoying first page status with ActiveRain....now I am bulked in with other bloggers who may have written a blog 3 years ago on that development of topic.  Fair?  It's business right....so can't say I would not do the same.  Different taste in my mouth for ActiveRain....a little...but I'm still here.  And the kicker??  There is a price that I can pay to be the featured agent on that topic or community.  And the price?  Drumroll please........$19.99/month.

Docusign.  So far I'm believing in this $19.99/month fee.  Clients absolutely love it.  It's a little pain to get some of the matured agents on board that you are working with just because they snub all new technology.  But to this point.....Docusign could maybe increase the price and keep the following.  Thoughts?

TheHipRoof.com.  I'm actually a little geeked about this one.  Two blogging warriors Maya Sabot Paveza @mayaREguru and Chris Brogan @chrisbrogan have joined forces on this site.  Tag is that it will be power packed with content, training tools, insight on how social media is expanding the real estate business.  The nice thing is that it is for Realtors and by Realtors.....with now a step in by Chris Brogan.  Goal?: To treat Realtors like the rest of the small business owner world.  Concept A+.  Challenge?  Paying to play off the bat.  Interested to see how this one goes without allowing the world to play in the community and feel the advantage.  Fee??  Drumroll please......$19.99/month! (but you can opt out a month at a time)

So talk to me....what's the best $19.99/month you are paying?  Or what are you doing for your business that is currently free....but you would pay for if they asked??
