Lucky - we call this home style -split -the main rooms are on the first level, the bedrooms on the second. There is also a basement. Everything in the home was re-done, including the floors. Thanks for stopping by.

Faina it is unusual to see what floor plans are called in other parts of the country. Here we would call it a trilevel also.

Katerina - the price is $429,000. Considering that the median price in Princeton is $824,029, it's a great home. The school system is ranked 4th in the state, compared to 13th -for Princeton. Do you know any folks who want to escape Florida heat in the summer?
