Curb appeal in selling a home.

Fall time is here. We are officially in the Fall season as of Sunday the 23rd of September.

Curb appeal matters with the yard maintance. Weather you have hardwoods around your home or you have the pines. It is time to keep that yard picked up. And another good reason to keep the leaves off of the yard is for the yard to be able to breath.

So, if you have hardwoods like these.

You are going to want to keep those leaves removed from the yard so the curb appeal will keep looking astonishing .

Good reminder for Sellers with leaves getting ready to fall.  Lovely photo.  I am ready for Fall--just wish winter didn't follow.  I really don't like cold weather.  :0(

What a beautiful picture, and a great reminder. Houses DO sell in the fall and winter, and they need to be reminded to keep up the curb appeal.

Alecia - Exacatly we need to not let our guard donw not matter what season we are in. I wanted to purchase a home during December a few years ago and when I set up an appointment the home was removed from the market for the Christmas season.
