One of the most notable Bankruptsy's since the Mortgage crises ensued has been that of American Home Mortgage Corporation. After filing for BK this former juggernaut was also in the news for holding loan files from secondary market holders like Freddie Mac, Credit Suisse and others. Now we do! See story from the WSJ.
