I've put together a couple of articles recently on the real estate market in Placer County. Actually, I should say I put together an article and a video of me being a Lockwood talking head, using our new BrokerCam(tm).

(The story behind the BrokerCam is I really wanted a nice Web Cam, so now I'm a hundred bucks broker).

Anyway, be that as it may, here's our update for the Placer County real estate market, August, 2007.

The talking head version deals with one of Placer's major metropolitan areas, Roseville.

Pretty cool.. although I think I would change where you are sitting.. the treadmill with the bottle was a bit of a distraction for me.. but then I'm easily distracted..

Hi Kaye,

Thanks for the input.  Actually I have a green screen I can hang up -- I just need a wall divider or something to drape it over.  Once that's done I can pretend to be sitting anywhere, Eiffel Tower, in front of this week's listing, outer space, what-have-you.

I don't like how Youtube supports (or rather, doesn't, at least not easily) having a decent thumbnail.  So all my videos end up with me with my mouth open.

I will fix this.
