Yahoo! officials cut the ribbon on their new facility in the Wenatchee Technology Center last  Thursday. 

An article in the Wenatchee World  newspaper details the ceremony and why Yahoo! added Wenatchee, Washington in the mix as a key location for their business. 

What were the primary reasons for the internet giant selecting this central Washington location?

  * Fibre Optics 
  * Dry desert air.

The market dynamics in Wenatchee clearly indicate a continuation of the strong market for real estate, with forecast appreciation at 16% for the next 12 months .
