Lions, Crocodiles and Giraffes....OH MY!

Surviving Your Serengeti I gotta tell you it's more than just a little unsettling to learn you are a giraffe amongst the likes of lions and crocodiles. I mean, those guys are ferocious! But after taking the quiz What Animal Am I? and learning about the survival skills possessed by the Graceful Giraffe....yep, that's me!

Stefan Swanepoel's new book, Surviving Your Serengeti, is scheduled to be released March 1st. In the meantime, you can get a sneak peek and download the first 2 chapters, as well as take the quiz like I did and discover the skills you possess and learn how to master them so you will not only survive, but adapt and thrive.

Ann I had a hard time getting into the 1st 2 chapters but that went away quickly after they came upon the Serengeti. I believe I'll be ordering the book.

Ann,

As unsettleing as it may feel to be a giraffe, most lions won't go near a giraffe in fear of being hurt by a powerful kick. So rest assured, giraffes, although gentle, can stand their own. If there were however more gentle giraffes the world would be a more gracious and gentle place.
