I Just learned of another organization that cares about our Veterans. It is Guardian Angels for Soldier's Pets. The original post was by Vic Steele. When a soldier is sent to protect you, often there is no one to care for a beloved pet. In the past, if a friend could not be found to care for the pet - there were almost no choices left for the soldier and the pet. Most of the time they would never see each other again.
