Fishing for recipes! What does this have to do with Real Estate?

 Tavina Holding Halibut

Absolutley Nothing! I just really do need some good recipes! ;}

My darling Daughter returned from working at a Alaska Fishing camp all summer and she brought us a 70# box of luscious fish! Halibut, Black Cod, Salmon, Rock Fish, etc... very tasty stuff but I came from Colorado where you can have your Trout breaded or unbreaded! (I still remember brisk Rocky Mountain mornings frying fresh trout by the lake you pulled them from on Grand Mesa...good times...).

I have access to all the tasty tropical fruits & veggies (especially Avocado, Lilikoi, Guava & Limes, my trees are going crazy!), what can I make with these? It is starting to feel like the leftover Turkey from Thanksgiving! HALP! My freezer runith over....

Mahalo all!

Trevella, post this in the Recipes group and I assure you you will have more than enough recipes for all that fish - and probably plenty of people volunteering to come to Colorado to help you eat it, you lucky duck!

Thanks Tricia! Great Idea! Oh and I used to be in Colorado, now I am in Hawaii...

Ah!  I read "came from Colorado" as "come from Colorado" (been a long day and my eyes are blurring). All the more likely that people will come help you eat!

That is so true! Interestingly I found out how many distant relatives I had never met once we moved to Hawaii! But its all good, and all in good fun...

Glad to see you in colorful Colorado again, which of course means I have no idea what to do with SEA food (fish). But if it's fresh it's going to be good.

It is so fresh and so good! But I am at a loss what to do with it all, just grilled in plain butter and sea salt made me happy and a squeeze of fresh lime put me over the top...but I have a sneaking suspicion that the family is going to expect something more...especially with the Black Cod!
